Jablonec – Unique dam – 10 min. walk from the city center – water sports and swimming, museum of glass and jewelry, city theater, gallery, tennis hall, squash, bowling, swimming pool, ice rink, horseback riding, in the vicinity of 12 lookout towers.
Jizerské hory – hiking, marked bike paths, ski bus, downhill skiing (Bedřichov, Severák, Špičák).
Liberec -Ještěd (1012 m above sea level), zoo and botanical garden, Babylon – the largest indoor entertainment, social and hotel complex in the Czech Republic, aqua-park, swimming pool 50m
Český ráj – Turnov (museum), Drábské světničky, Skalní město, Trosky, Hrubá Skála, Valdštejn, marked hiking and cycling trails.
Other interesting things – Bozkov Caves, castles Sychrov, Frýdlant, castles Maloskalsko, Jičín, winter resort Harrachov, spring Elbe and many others.
